Natalie is a seasoned professional with more than 30 years of public and private sector experience providing strategic advice, analysis, and training on matters related to U.S. trade policy for textile and apparel products. Her technical trade consultancy, Textile Trade Solutions, is now dedicated to capacity initiatives to enhance confidence and compliance with U.S. rules and regulations affecting American and international industry stakeholders.
Prior to opening TTS, she served as the Deputy Assistant U.S. Trade Representative for Textiles and supported the Assistant USTR in their duties to conduct and oversee trade negotiations related to textile and apparel products. She was also a subject matter expert and provided input on trade policy matters related to the sector to the Administration and congressional staff.
Natalie previously worked at the U.S. International Trade Commission (USITC) and for U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP)’s Office of Trade. Before joining the U.S. Government, she spent more than 15 years as a textile trade policy consultant to U.S. and international clients including companies, trade associations and governments, providing information, statistical analysis and advice regarding market conditions and U.S. Government regulation of textile and apparel products.
Natalie holds degrees from the University of California, Irvine, and the London School of Economics and Political Science.
