If you require a Visa Support Invitation Letter to apply for a visa to attend the Montreal Conference, please complete the form below. A separate form must be completed for each individual attending.

The letter of invitation is not legally or financially binding on the organizers. 

The organizers will not directly contact embassies or consulates on your behalf.

Refund requests due to a visa denial must be submitted before the conference to info@smartasn.org with the official denial letter.

Please make your request at least four months (120 days) in advance of the date needed.
