Visa Information
If you require a Visa Support Invitation Letter to apply for a visa to attend the Antwerp Convention, please complete the form below. A separate form must be completed for each individual attending. Please make your request at least two weeks in advance of the date needed.
The letter of invitation is not legally or financially binding on the organizers.
The organizers will not directly contact embassies or consulates on your behalf.
Refund requests due to a visa denial must be submitted before the conference to info@smartasn.org with the official denial letter.
