With California, Washington, and New York leading U.S. efforts, SMART is actively shaping programs to build on the proven reuse and recycling systems our members operate. Globally, the EU, Chile, and others are advancing similar initiatives, and SMART is engaged to ensure our industry’s expertise drives effective, practical policies.
